I hate marketing and business tactics, especially when they sucker me. I went into the
Coffee Bean to get a chai latte, and wanted a small. I ordered it, and he asked, "Regular or Large?" and I said "Regular". When he rang me up, I realized I had ordered a medium. Bastards!

This is becoming an epidemic, I tell you! What happened to three sizes?? I feel as though when I'm ordering the smallest of any food item, I want it to be called "small". There needs to be a damn standard for this.
